Mirage of a Man
“This piece was created by initial building up large blocks of coloured pastel on different areas of the page, later moved further around the paper by hand and blended with each other, creating an intangible and smoky mirage-like image of a man-like shape, later given some definition by sketching over the pastel with conté and charcoal”
